We had a very positive experience selling our house. We were able to sell our house very quickly and most importantly got the price we were after when selling our home. Cannot say enough good things about him! He always acted in a most professional manner, always in my mothers best interest and sold the house very quickly for a very good price! He treated my mother with respect and continued to stage 'open houses' until the original contract should have gone unconditional. This was to my mothers benefit as the contract failed, but there was another written immediately (for a higher price) within the time frame set (very tight) for her to be able to settle the contract she had with her new accommodation (Retirement village) He led a friendly and efficient team who worked diligently to promote the sale and followed up till settlement.
