My experience with Clarke Real Estate was very good in every way. I found James to be upfront with every detail, straight to the point with no over the top outlandish expectations, he came prepared with information that he needed to know about the potential sale of the property and was able to present a simple 1 page document to explain everything in a way my elderly father would understand clearly. There was NO harassment or pressure to sell at all, which is something that can not be said about 4 local competitors I tried to deal with. The sale process was very smooth, and was done with in hours following the 1st open home.
