Hi I would recommend James highly as a great sales agent very professional he knows the market and great at suggestions on how to get the best price for your property James is one of the best agents I have dealt with and we have sold some property in the past I would not hesitate in using James again

James had sold a property of ours at Tura more than 15 years ago, so we had hoped to use him again, but unfortunately he was unavailable as he was on leave while moving between agencies. So we initially went with an agent who claimed to be the No. 1 in the area. Despite admitting to not personally liking our home (!), she over-valued it and wasted months of our time. An agreed parting of ways led us back to James, who was now with Sails. What a difference! He admitted to loving the style and quality of our home but was realistic about the price, though always positive. He kept us regularly updated on potential buyer feedback, and it wasn't long before he had people who had known and trusted him from a previous time in the area, interested. A price was soon agreed. James was polite and knowledgeable throughout - even insisting we should not take a low offer just for the sake of it, in a declining market. He let us make the decision to accept an improved offer - he did not push us to sell. We cannot recommend him more highly.
