Morton and Morton are not a large scale franchise Real Estate agency. And that's why you should at least meet with them to discuss selling your property. I've owned and sold 3 units in Sydney now, as a seller you must be careful of real estate agents that convice you to sell the unit for less (so they can have a quick turn around and churn out the next one). Make sure you at least include James Crow and the Morton and Morton Sydney team when you start asking asking agents what they believe they can sell your property for.
