Everything around the inspection, negs, admin, contracts etc was handled professionally yet informally and with minimum fuss. Exactly as we hoped for with such a large transaction. However post sale we were terribly disappointed to receive marketing flyers advertising the sale and price paid, posted around the local streets. We had explicitly asked for no publicity on the sale. When I raised this issue with Chris it was brushed off as a miscommunication, which left us with a sour taste. We live in this street, these our our neighbours. It was disrespectful. Such a shame as the other 98% was done so well. Sadly we would think twice about using Place in future. Happy to discuss further
