As a 52 year old ex-Real Estate agent I was understandably hesitant to engage James. Young and green right??? Couldn’t have been more wrong. His team are young, focused, humble and hungry. James was like a footy coach taking a team and my house to the finals. I didn’t have 20-30 people in my house every Saturday. I had 2/3 pre-qualified, highly motivated buyers each open house. Closer to the Auction it ramped up with 6-8 buyers and 2 or 3 opens a week. James and the entire Devline team really worked for me and in the end I got roughly 12 percent more than expected.
