What can I say. James has this youthful energy that transpires into an encouraging and professional mannerism to get things done. It’s not easy to sell your dream home but that is exactly what we allowed him to do and he delivered. I feel that James has the passion, refreshing attitude and drive to get things done and you will not be disappointed if he is working for your behalf. We found him always professional, understanding and caring. I look forward to watching him achieve great lengths in his career as he will undoubtedly succeed in all avenues. Thank you James for your support and we wish you all the best in your vibrant future.

Agent's very personable, knowledgeable, always ready to help with questions about the sale. Would recommend them to anyone as they were very helpful to me.

Rare integrity, excellent communications and couldn't be more highly regarded! If you are looking for an agent that goes above and beyond, always does what he says he will, you have found the whole package in James Devlin.

I had the pleasure of working with James, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Great support and communication from James buying the house. Not to mention, Mikayla , super friendly, always kept us updated & made the house buying process so much easier. Exceptional service and support throughout the whole process from James, Mikayla & team Ray white well beyond my expectations. Definitely a 10/10 Experience!

James & his team were on the pulse from the very first meeting all the way to the end & followed through with the final result going above our expectations. Excellent strategies & communication. We will be using these guys again next time for sure.

The team where very helpful and understanding as it was our first time selling a property.

James was consistent with his communication during the sale of my property. He worked hard to achieve an amazing result at final sale. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Thank you James

James Brad and Chloe were fantastic to deal with when selling my house. Exlent communication and support throughout the whole process. Ended up selling at Auction for $15, 000 above the highest bid.

As a 52 year old ex-Real Estate agent I was understandably hesitant to engage James. Young and green right??? Couldn’t have been more wrong. His team are young, focused, humble and hungry. James was like a footy coach taking a team and my house to the finals. I didn’t have 20-30 people in my house every Saturday. I had 2/3 pre-qualified, highly motivated buyers each open house. Closer to the Auction it ramped up with 6-8 buyers and 2 or 3 opens a week. James and the entire Devline team really worked for me and in the end I got roughly 12 percent more than expected. Doesn’t sound like much but it’s the Gold Coast baby. If you’re looking for the agent for your house. Do yourself a favour and call James. You won’t be disappointed.

James has exceptional knowledge of Ormeau hills and surroundings areas which in turn made our decision easy. His high level of communication was appreciated and always followed up any question or query's we had ..

Lovely young man very professional…

I highly recommend James as a selling agent. He provides exceptional customer service, is always available after hours, and is incredibly patient. He understands my needs and consistently sends me suitable properties to consider. Recently, I purchased a property at an auction through him. When I forgot to register, he followed up with me the night before, guiding me through the process to ensure I could bid the next day. His communication and persuasive skills are outstanding, and I’m confident he will soon become the leading agent in the Gold Coast area. If you’re a seller, I strongly suggest hiring him—he delivers on his promises. Highly recommended for all sellers!
