From the start James was totally engaged and communicative. His passion and customer service put us at ease throughout the sales process and his knowledge of the heritage market was excellent. he explained things well and as we were states apart (us in NSW), he totally took care of the small things like furniture being left behind by the previous tenant. I'd highly recommend James and his auctioneer, when auction day came around, there was no pressure to sell, the decision was ours and he never influenced our decision on the fly, he stuck to our brief and let us make the decision. James has a very detailed knowledge of the area I bought in and his name comes up regularly online for sales so that always gives you confidence. His advertised range also reflected the market conditions very well. In my situation it was the first time I'd put in a pre-auction bid and you worry about the transparency of the process compared to auction day. James was very clear on how it would run and how all parties would be treated fairly throughout. He was also very responsive throughout.
