Our only objection was that a silent auction was held after the initial offers were considered and we felt this was not transparent to all involved. After securing the desired property his advice to delay the public listing of our property because we were to travel overseas, was correct . He obviously has a very large list of clients on his books and his tactics paid off as we were able to settle prior to auction at a price with which we were very happy. To finalise the legalities while overseas was extremely helpful in arranging settlement.
