Where to begin? I knew James was going to be the real estate agent to find me a house when I met him. Noting that I'm an architect, James made sure to cut-the-bullshit out of the buying process. He was transparent, honest and didn't give me the standard "put a couch here, put a TV here" talk. He quickly honed into our taste and made sure that he only showed us relevant apartments to purchase that were truly within our budget (epic!). As first home buyers, there were many terms we were unaware of – he was great at offering us advice and explaining what everything meant without making me feel mindless. James ensured everything got done on time and really worked with us. He was happy to open houses for me to suit my time and convenience – which definitely eased the process on my end.
