We spoke to you a while prior to listing and by the time our property hit the market the bubble had started leaking. We entered into an auction campaign and unfortunately the leak become greater and suddenly the market had changed. Throughout this your eagerness and passion didn't falter. Your negotiation skills enabled us to sell prior to auction whilst other properties still to today (6 weeks later) remain unsold.
