I chose James and his team as he had offered and sold a number of properties in our street. The marketing budget was pretty spot on although the package should have included an advert in the local paper for the day of the auction - not added later. James was honest and straight forward to deal with. James, a good communicator, was fair and reasonable, when it came to negotiating a sale outcome he was efficient and calm. His knowledge of the market was sound although he did not use it to force a position but rather to give the purchaser information, to reach their own conclusions. I would recommend James to either a purchaser or a vendor he displayed a sound knowledge of the market and the area without pushing it down your throat in the egotistical manner so often associated with agents in the Manly area.
