James was a great agent to deal with, as we were selling our Mother's house during the middle of Sydney lockdown 2.0. James and Jane understood the key features of the house and planned the sale campaign around that and found the right bidders who appreciated them. James had a great team of trades to do the necessary works, and managed them all through the lockdown. Always had a smile (on the phone or in person), and kept the family informed of progress through the marketing phase and also kept us up to date through settlement.
