James was managing our property as a rental, so when it came time for us to sell it was an easy decision to have him manage the sale of our property. James must be one of the most dedicated and professional real estate agents I’ve come across. What an incredible task James has taken on – selling my 3BR apartment during COVID - 19 isolation where you couldn’t even have open inspections except private appointments.
