For my apartment we had a some tricky strata issues, some poor previous sales results in the building and I was very busy with work and a heavy international travel schedule. When we appointed James the overriding impression was that he listened to what we were looking for in an agent and tailored his advice and assistance to that rather than just taking a 'template' approach. James helped decide what elements in the apartment needed work, organised services and project managed their delivery while I was mostly overseas to get the apartment ready for sale a week ahead of schedule and ran a great campaign. We particularly appreciated the honest feedback during the campaign so we could make decisions based on facts rather than spin and ultimately the apartment sold for a price right at the top end of our expectations and comfortably higher than any comparable apartment in our building. It was a great result and we were very happy with how James played the leading role in achieving that result.

The offer was above all 3 valuations we had previously. We were of course nervous, we sold our place so quickly!!! We then came across another property a few days later, and James helped us and guided us on the value and bidding process. AND we got it!!
