James was friendly and helpful at the beginning and the process went smoothly. He was knowledgeable about the area which is why we chose to use him. However we were disappointed in the sale price and felt pressured to accept one of the offers made at the first open home. All offers were within a thousand dollars of each other which made us think he discussed these with potential buyers. However most disappointing was he referred us to a person that does smoke alarms who uses the email adddress Boston Strangler. This man thought it was a joke to use an email named after a rapist and murderer of women. He also harassed us for payment less than 24 hours after sending the invoice (from the email Boston Strangler which any reasonable person might consider offensive and question the legitimacy). When this was mentioned to James he seemed to have no concerns that this was hugely inappropriate and offensive.

James was lovely. He answered any questions we had and always kept us in the loop. Great all round experience.

Highly recommend James in any real estate purchase or sale . He works just as hard for the vendor as he does for the buyer. At a critical time over Christmas he put his clients first and got everyone on the same page. Deal done. What more can you ask for .Thanks James.
