We met James at one of the 3 inspections we went to. Been a while since we purchased a property. Our anxiety levels were pretty high going in but James made us feel at ease with the process. As we were relatively new to the area, James was able to point out some key features of not just the home but the area which helped us with our decision making. On the day of the auction, James had arrange for a barista that made all of us free coffees which did help calm the nerves. Overall a great experience, high level customer service.
