The only minor minor comlplaint I would make is that we would have liked to know a bit more information when the negotiation with the buyer was happening. Such as where the figure sits etc. I think it would have been great to see some offers on paper, as we were initially surprised when James phoned to say he had a written offer that was higher than we were expecting after not hearing too much news until that point. That being said it all worked smoothly and James got us higher than the selling price we initially wanted. As this was the first home we have sold we can't compare to any other agents. Mary from the Harcourts team was great to deal with, for all the details and events.

We recently bought an investment property in Albany Creek. We walked through a property but learnt it was under offer.
