I have a no DH policy. James fits the bill in this regard. I found James to be sensibly enthusiastic. We sold a tenanted house and he negotiated with the occupants respectfully and successfully the entire way. Only negative was the ever present push to go to auction but I have yet to encounter an agent who wouldn't prefer a 'no conditions' sale so I can understand that. I also suspect pressures from 'the agency' contribute to the auction push. Happy to recommend James and will use him again if required in the future.
