We found James to be a pleasure to work with when purchasing our house. He was genuinely interested in us and always responded to our communications promptly. He balanced the relationship between his clients and us (the purchasers) nicely. At no time was he pushy and gave us plenty of room to inspect the house we were interested in. After inspecting a few houses that were not suitable (too expensive) James followed up and asked me what we were after. I explained that we normally holidayed in a caravan and we were looking for a cheaper entry into the area. He suggested we have a look at a house that he had looked at a year or two earlier to see if that was the sort of thing we were looking for. At this stage it was not for sale. The house was a basic older style cottage on a very steep block. It had not been used for some time and was overgrown and rundown - but was going to be in the price range we could afford. He rang the owners and it turned out that their circumstances were changing and they would in fact consider selling. James arranged to show us the house and within a week he had assisted in the negotiation and we purchased the house. James was extremely professional at all times and has been very helpful throughout the entire process. He listened and understood what we were after and he really did make this purchase happen. We are very happy that this sale could happen without any great stress, and it was easy and quick. I am certainly happy to recommend James.
