We chose Haven property to sell our Bokarina apartment primarily because we have used James to sell on 2 prior occasions and we trust James without any reservation whatsoever. On this occasion we had to lower our price expectation but this is where the market is now heading and we knew that. The apartment took a little over 6 weeks to sell, but this is favourable given other apartments within the complex are still unsold after many months. We are very happy with the result, very happy indeed.
