Having bought and sold a few properties, James has been the most professional, down to earth (not full of himself) and trust worthy agent I have dealt with. We had a buyer who pulled out during the cooling off period and James had another buyer walking in the door making offers the following day. Prior to this we had our house off the market few months prior and James was very proactive in getting people through the door.
