I met James some years ago as he letter dropped our area and he was always willing to stop and chat about market conditions without ever trying to persuade us to sell. James is always available even on Sunday and his day off if need be. Always on time for meetings and open houses. James had another property for sale 4 doors up but I never felt he was using either property as leverage against the other. I would recommend James especially to older couples like us who need to feel comfortable throughout a normally worrying time. James dose however need to find a new hairdresser :-)
