We moved across from the east (Newcastle NSW) whereas we had to administer and communicate with James over the phone/computer. James when speaking with him was always courteous and helpful. He knows his craft well and was definitely not pushy. We are very pleased with our purchase (price and the home). I would recommend James, and I feel he is a exceptional Real Estate agent and highly valued asset to your organisation.

James was extremely professional and very confident from start to finish in his approach to selling my house . Not only did he sell the house after the first Home Open but was able to present multiple offers well above the listed price.James is highly recommended as a real estate agent.

We recently bought a house in Kingsley, we couldn't be happier. James made the whole experience easy and enjoyable for us. He was honest, easy to contact and happy to promptly answer any questions we had. We couldn't reccomend him enough. Thanks James

I found James easy to deal with and very helpful when I needed advice or contacts to set the house up for sale. Very professional with a good understanding of local requirements.

James held 2 home opens and we had an offer straight away which was in the area of price advertised. James advised and helped with inspections by builders and helped with organising a company to attend to some leaks which was required to be fixed prior to settlement. i was kept up to date on how the finance and settlement was proceeding. will use James again not only to sell but to purchase.

Was always available when we had questions and showed us the type of property and price range we requested

James is very professional salesperson with great integrity and knowledge. We could not be more happy with his efforts in marketing and selling our property. James was able to attain a price that was well over our expectations.

James is deservedly the best agent for Kingsley area. He has gone above and beyond to help us to prepare the property for sale. My house was not perfect and there lots of obstacles we had to work through to sell the property. James was there every step of the way. Because of his effort and dedication, my property was under contract within 2 weeks of listing. The terms he negotiated for us were great, and I am happy with the price too!

James was friendly, professional and timely in his communication. My experience with him as an agent was good and I would be happy to recommend him.

Right from first contact James was a pleasure to work with. Every thing ran smoothly we are extremely happy with his services Thank you James

We recently purchased a property from James, he was extremely informative of the area and the property, responded very quickly and always happy to help. Would recommend his services to anyone.

James Kennedy showed a very thorough knowledge of the current market trends pertaining to my sale & was very helpful in arranging a successful sale. I compliment him for all he displayed in my dealings with him.
