James held 2 home opens and we had an offer straight away which was in the area of price advertised. James advised and helped with inspections by builders and helped with organising a company to attend to some leaks which was required to be fixed prior to settlement. i was kept up to date on how the finance and settlement was proceeding. will use James again not only to sell but to purchase.
