We knew by appointing James as the agent to sell our house we were dealing with the most popular and successful agent in the Kingsley suburb and more importantly delivered a sale which we are satisfied with. His advice selling our house has been invaluable. Communication and the whole process has been exceptional and to cap it all off James offered his knowledge to us in the purchase of our new house.
James is a great agent to deal with very honest and thorough. James was always willing to go out of his way to make sure our needs were met . For example meeting us at the property before settlement after hours so we could measure for furniture ect
James has excellent market knowledge and gives advice based on this knowledge. He kept us informed about what was happening at every stage of the process of selling and always got back to me quickly if I had any queries. We appreciate his professionalism and would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling a house.
We had a great experience buying a house through James. He was very honest and helpful through the whole process and a very good mediator between buyers and sellers
Me and my partner recently purchased a house advertised by James Kennedy. As we'd never had an experience with buying a property before, we were a bit concerned regarding the whole purchase process and expected complications. Fortunately, James significantly contributed to a smooth progressing of the whole process. He is easy to communicate with, always replied promptly to our queries, flexible with inspection times, settlement date, etc., helpful, friendly, apparently very experienced in the real estate market. Even our mortgage broker was very happy about dealing with him, she considered James as an honest, professional agent. No wonder he is so successful in the industry.
James was fantastic throughout the entire selling process from our initial meeting to settlement. His communication was great and we would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
James was responsive to my needs, listened and gave good advice in a difficult market and achieved a good result very quickly. He knows the area and has considerable expertise to ensure the sale will proceed. Thanks James for a great job!
My girlfriend and I recently bought a home through James Kennedy in Kingsley. From the start James was very professional, efficient and friendly. His communication through the process was superb and i would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again James
When it came time for us to downsize our home after living in Kingsley for 27years it was a no brainer for us to use James as our agent. He knows the area extensively as he grew up in Kingsley. Nothing was too much trouble, very professional and always on time with a smile. He had our home under offer in one weekend which was fabulous. A lovely young man that we would recommend to anyone wishing to sell their home.
He sold in expected time with reasonable price. His professional work dealing with both parties is outstanding. I would talk to him for my next sell.
I can't speak highly enough of the way in which James handled the sale of our property. He was very knowledgable of the relevant market & was able to provide expert advice on all aspects of the sale for us. Nothing was too much trouble & he was able to answer all questions/queries very quickly. Also the provision of any required contacts for materials or services we needed to ready the property for sale was a great help. Needless to say our house sold within a week! What more could we ask for. Thanks so much James.
James is very informed of the Kingsley area and gave great advice through the selling process. Communication has been fantastic and we have been kept up to date with the progress of our house sale. I would very highly recommend James and encourage anyone else to use his services.
