After a careful assessment of real estate agents in our area we decided to go with James and the Stone team - this proved to be a very good decision. James was able to get the property onto to the market in under a week. This included the preparation, styling, and marketing of the property. The property was then sold within 10 days on the market for a price that we are extremely happy with. James's communication during the whole process has been outstanding and kept us appraised of leads, feedback from potential buyers, negotiations with serious buyers, contracts issued etc. He arranged a number of mid-week inspections and also conducted one-on-one inspections for buyers who were interested. The sale to the final buyers and communications between respective conveyancers went smoothly and timely.
