This was the worst communication and service experience I have had with a real estate agent. Throughout the process, I felt that there was very little responsibility or genuine care shown toward the seller. When serious concerns regarding the property were raised, the responses were dismissive, defensive, and responsibility was repeatedly pushed elsewhere rather than properly addressed. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and professionalism after these issues were brought forward. Instead of trying to resolve the concerns in a respectful and responsible manner, the communication made the situation even more stressful and frustrating for our family. I trusted the agent to manage and care for the property professionally during the campaign period, however my experience fell far below expectations. Due to the seriousness of the matter, I have since lodged a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading and am currently awaiting the outcome.
