Worst communication and service experience I’ve had with a real estate agent.

This was the worst communication and service experience I have had with a real estate agent. Throughout the process, I felt that there was very little responsibility or genuine care shown toward the seller. When serious concerns regarding the property were raised, the responses were dismissive, defensive, and responsibility was repeatedly pushed elsewhere rather than properly addressed. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and professionalism after these issues were brought forward. Instead of trying to resolve the concerns in a respectful and responsible manner, the communication made the situation even more stressful and frustrating for our family. I trusted the agent to manage and care for the property professionally during the campaign period, however my experience fell far below expectations. Due to the seriousness of the matter, I have since lodged a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading and am currently awaiting the outcome.

Hi Thank you for the review. When the property was sold you gave me 5 star rating. Now you give me the worse review well after the settlement. I have done my duty of care and this seller during the time didnt accept the buyer from the auction day. Fair enough, it can happen at times due to the change in the market place. What created issue was that once the property was exchanged with the 10% deposit. I am pretty sure that i locked the door and turned off the air-conditioning switch. He was renting in a temporarty place very close by during the sale. During the process of selling the property he come and checks lots of things and even sometimes checked on the buyers number and this is not really normal as the owners trust us. But after the exchange of the property. It is up to the owner to check garden etc to make sure the property is alright or not. He thinks that i am responsible that i turned on the air-con switch for 1 week. I am sure i turned it off, however, i also feel he should come around check things as it is the owners responsiblity to come around double check. He blames me for not been responsible. As far as i am concerned, the owner should be responsible to check gardens , any rubbish out, etc soon after the exchange prior to the settlement. He blames me for turning the air-conditioning on. He may be right but can't blame me for him to come around double check his property.
