A very good experience

James was very helpful throughout the process right from the first inspection to the day my loan was approved. He is very prompt with answering the questions and is almost always reachable any time of the day/ week. He is very approachable and worked as per timings that were convenient to me. He does tend to talk a lot at times :) but then it comes as a part of the job I suppose for him.
