Friendly but scattered with details
James was friendly, never rude or pushy. However, he often lack knowledge of the property or details of the contract. After the sale when I tried to contact him with a couple of questions, he never called me back.

Well. I assisted a lots of things.
I have shown them 2 times prior to settlement and final inspection a day before.
Well I can’t satisfy everyone. He sometimes doesn’t return my call for follow up.
Not very open minded.
