The property was then sold within 10 days on the market for a price that we are extremely happy with. James's communication during the whole process has been outstanding and kept us appraised of leads, feedback from potential buyers, negotiations with serious buyers, contracts issued etc. He arranged a number of mid-week inspections and also conducted one-on-one inspections for buyers who were interested.
