Ive been wanting to write a review for James Massey for some time now.. I still often think of our experience with him & still to this day recommend him to family & friends who are wishing to sell or purchase. We bought our first home off James back in 2008 in Burleigh Waters. I was happily surprised & impressed with how down to earth, honest, approachable & genuine James was during the whole process.. It was really refreshing & he made everything so easy for us. We were so impressed with James, we choose him to sell our property 2 years later, which he sold in 7 days, for a price we were very happy with! We bought again, not off James this time, however we still spoke with him to gain his knowledge & experience, as well as his opinion on our new purchase. After renovating this property, 2 years later we decided to sell. We contacted James & he sold our property ( in Carrara ) in a record time of 24 hours. We were speechless. This guy can sell a house!! We have bought again ( Hope Island ) & we would not hesitate to contact James when we are ready to sell. I'm happy to write a review for James Massey . I took my time (6 months)to choose an agent to sell our home. I came to the conclusion that most sales agents were going to try to push me down in price to get a quick sale & their commission in their pocket , so when I said that to James he said he promised he would do everything to get the asking price. James had some great photos taken , put it online, got 5 potential buyers & showed them through once ( no open home views)& negotiated a contract above my asking price ..I was told he wouldn't be able to sell it by other agents because he wasn't from my Suberb but the truth was he knew the selling points & highlighted them & sold to an online buyers /ppl from 2 states away bought our home So if you want someone who will push a sale rather than ask you.
