Rare to come across a realestate agent who in my opinion has morals and integrity..... highly recomend James to friends....

I have known James Massey for the past ten (10) years. We were introduced to one another by a random letter sent to me as the owner of 11 KINGARRY CIRCUIT MERRIMAC QLD. It just happened that at that particular time I was retrenched from my work back in 2008 (time of the G.F.C. global financial crisis) so I thought I would try and sell the property and free myself of the repayments and the mortgage. I contacted James and explained my situation, and that I needed to sell the property. He patiently and painstakingly explained to me how difficult it would be to sell in that economic climate, but I insisted that he try. As things progressed I started to respect James's professional opinion even more, because the things that James told could happen, regarding the sale of the property did happen. Needless to say the sale did not proceed. During the next eight (8) years without fail, James would call me every three (3) to four (4) months to touch base, keep me updated on the market situation, and ask me if I was interested in trying to sell again. Also at Christmas time he would always send a card wishing myself and the family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. As time elapsed and my personal situation changed I only decided in May of 2016 to contact James that I was in a position where I was considering retirement and that I would like to sell the property. My only condition that I imposed on James was that I wanted the sale of the property to occur in the new financial year this is July 2016. The rest is history. James believe it or not had a buyer sign a Contract of Sale on the 1st of July 2016. The sale price was what I was looking for, and the icing on the cake was the buyer had their own finance and wanted to settle within twenty-one (21) days. An incredible result. James Massey and his team are the most professional and genuine realty that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I only wish he had a realty down here in Newcastle so I could recommend him.

I have been in contact with the team ( Paula) for some months prior to the property being put on the market as I had a specific date in mind. The whole team has been in involved in the process and after the first buyer pulled out, a second and eventual buyer was found quickly. They have been with me all the way and would certainly recommend them as agents for you ( Do i get my gift now lol.) Jokes aside I would love them to sell my other property but its a bit to far even for these guys and gals.

Nice to do business with you, relaxed and only too eager to help which made a nice difference from my Conveyancer being Haney Lawyers whom caused much stress and I do not recommend to anyone...The content in the garden shed which was taken by the owner after final inspection was a chattel not a fixture even though they were fixed to the old table, advice here from my conveyancer was not correct and cost me money.
