James was in constant contact with the overseas seller, keeping them up to date with our offers and concerns, and providing us with feedback in a transparent manner. While representing his seller, James kept us in the picture, and this made the negotiations transparent and orderly. Any hiccups in the process were also dealt with quickly and efficiently.
