The experience from dealing with remax Toowoomba from a buyers point a view was very good. we Had lots of problems with the finance in purchasing this property. with what should have been a standard 35 day settlement. ended up blowing out to take a little over 90 days + 7 settlement dates. with young James at the Toowoomba branch of remax. being the prime negotiator in making sure the contract did not crash. for which my wife & myself are extremely grateful for. if a negotiating difficult contracts in real estate was an Olympic sport.. James just won the gold medal in my books with the sale on this property.. he is a champion...
