Our experience was mainly with Gypsy on buying this property, we only really had words with James at the open inspection. Gypsy kept us informed throughout the process and kept a clear open line of communication. She was able to answer our questions promptly and as accurately as possible. If she didn't have the answer to something she would find out and get back to us. We never had to chase her up for anything. Overall it has been a good experience. Max.
The property is a rural farm, not just a suburban house. They showed an appreciation for rural aesthetics, also it's heritage and history, and that we were dealing with a deceased estate, (not an easy time). It was sold quickly.
