When he came to the first meeting, he was well prepared with comparable recent sales, an estimated break even point, and suggestions on how to maximize the property's value (surpassing our expectations significantly). He has amassed a fantastic team that includes other realtors (Declan Robertson was also great to work with), a great admin team, and wonderful contractor connections for any work that we wanted to get done before the sale (we had the house painted, landscaping done, and the property was staged).
