Having recently been on both sides of this real estate experience it is nice to deal with someone like James. He is obviously trying to do the right thing by his vendor but as the buyer I felt like I was always getting the full picture. The first place I was interested in I didn't get but James showed me more properties, off and on market and always made the time to suit my timetable. When I finally did buy off James it was a surprise to us both. The property wasn't what either of us thought would work on first blush but when buying a home it is often something that surprises and James got his sale for his vendor and I bought my next home. I think it is fair to say we both enjoyed the experience of doing business together and I know we will do business again. I have said to James I will buy him a beer.
