James helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent Experience, a dream come true!

Since I landed in Sydney, almost 11 years ago, I have always dreamed to buy a property in this beautiful city. When I received this off-market opportunity via email I didn't fall in love right away with the property, however, James gave me his availability to visit the place the next day. James has been a gentleman since the first time we met: hyper-professional, honest, down-to-heart, knowledgeable and extremely skilful within the negotiation process. In fact, the couple selling was going through a separation so James had to run a 3-way negotiation and he did it with grace and professionalism, achieving a win-win-win (as 3 parties were involved). What else to say, words re not enough to thank James for his exceptional service and courtesy. Best of luck for your already brilliant career
