I dealt with James Perlowski and Seham Marton. James was professional and everything you could want in a Real Estate Agent from a Sales perspective. I spent a great deal more time with Seham Marton and she was the reason I chose Belle. Seham takes you away from the normal real restate experience and her personality lends itself to trust and leadership. I was happy to go with her ideas on what improvement she recommended for the unit prior to putting it on the market. She was fast, efficient, with clear communication at every point. As this was an investment unit it was wonderful to have someone that you felt you could trust, project managing the improvements. During the sales process she was always clear and honest and I could have wanted for more. In my opinion, her experience, understanding, approachable and trustworthy manner made her the ideal person to connect with me on this property and I can not speak more highly of her professionalism. She is a major asset to Belle Property in Surry hills.
