Obliging during inspection, providing access to all sections of property and offering to provide information as required following the inspection. Provided Contract papers etc promptly without delay to assist in my decision making. Auction went well and staff very helpful. I was losing bidder, and staff made offers of assistance to me in further search of a suitable property. Very pleased and satisfied with communication and assistance given. Follow up from James and Rihan, advised me of property I could be interested in (3 Rayner St. Lilyfield). Appreciated the contact, inspected with them. The property was within the criteria I was looking at (I. E. Location, 1br with parking and price range), however did not suit me. They have been understanding and very helpful to assist in finding a property. Easy to deal with.
