The property was within the criteria I was looking at (I. E. Location, 1br with parking and price range), however did not suit me. James did a great job on the sale of our property. Being a Leichhardt specialist his knowledge of the market and access to buyers meant we had a lot of interest from the start. I felt the momentum during the process was kept at a high level and he did a good job at the auction. Communication throughout the process was excellent, including immediate feedback after open homes and detailed weekly reports. Whilst we chose not to sell on market initially, James kept in regular contact after the campaign and was able to facilitate an off market transaction six months later at a price we were happy with.
