Throughout the sales process we had weekly meetings with James and he would keep up up to date with levels of interest in the property and any developments. The team was very proactive maintaining 2 open houses a week for the duration of the sale. I felt well advised and supported throughout the sale and did not feel pressured in any way to make decisions we were not comfortable with. James was always easy to get hold of and easy to have discussions about strategies with any time of the day or night.
