From the point at which I decided to engage James as my agent, he provided a wonderful service. He, together with Penny the marketing manager, arranged for the property to be brought to a good state for the sale with all necessary work being completed within a week and ready to go to market with photos taken and styling complete shortly thereafter. Their efficiency exceeded expectations. James had quite a large number of buyers on the agency books that viewed the property prior to it being advertised. A sufficient number of people viewed the property prior to it going to market to allow a decision to sell prior to marketing starting, thus saving the marketing costs. Communication with James and Penny was clear and easily done. I would recommend James and his team to anyone looking to sell their property.

Parting with a family home after many years can be challenging and emotional. We were glad to have practical advice and support from James and his team to prepare the house for sale.
