My SELLING experience has been positive but admin issues from the platform including this survey has a negative impact on my experience. Get my name right to start with as my surname is also used as a first name. Also im the seller NOT the buyer as this survey is for! James Reid has been very good so he get 4 stars but the admin issues from the platform i rate as 1 star.
The whole experience was very very good. The two sales persons, James and Anna kept me informed and offered advice when I asked. They use a platform called Rundle where all important communications are posted and you upload any documents, messages and everyone is kept on the the same page, include offers, counter offers etc all at your finger tip. I found this pretty cool. Rundl also handles the legalities with a company called law lab who can take care of settlement etc. Initially I did think it seemed to be a Hassle as lawlab requested via the rundl platform this that and the other document and signatures. I was selling a property in Perth and I’m currently living overseas. However after the intial flurry it was plain sailing and at the sale end of the stick the transition to settlement was so easy as everything had been done right in the beginning. Also the main thing for me was the commission. No hidden costs. I would def use them again.
