Leanne was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Answered questions all times of day/night and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for making our purchase a smooth one.

Leanne is your agent for Ridgewood, she had all the knowledge of comparable properties in the area and is honest and transparent. Not only is she punctual her communication is clear and she made our sale an absolute breeze and stress free. We had purchased the same house from Leanne and there was no question of going with her again when we decided to move back interstate!

We had a difficult situation, but she helped us all the way through. She truly cares about her clients and is doing a great job. We are happy.

Great communication, kept up-to-date date on every aspect of my purchase.

The agent always remained positive in a very confused market place driven by negative media comments, low consumer confidence and uncertain RBA interest rates.

Selling our first home felt like a big step, but Kathy from Remax Extreme made the entire experience seamless and genuinely enjoyable. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional while still bringing a warm, personal touch that put us at complete ease. Kathy guided us through every stage with clear communication, great advice, and a level of care that really stood out from anyone else. Nothing ever felt too much trouble & her knowledge and confidence gave us complete trust in the process. As first-time sellers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re so grateful for everything she did & would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Kathy was absolutely lovely to work with throughout the process of purchasing our property. She kept in regular contact with us and was always happy to help, particularly when guiding us through the online offer process and the due diligence steps once our offer had been accepted. What really stood out was Kathy’s professionalism and willingness to share her knowledge at every stage. She made sure we understood the process and was always responsive, supportive, and easy to deal with. In a market where some real estate agents provide very little support because properties will sell regardless, Kathy truly stood out. She went above and beyond and demonstrated what a genuinely professional real estate agent should be. We felt well supported the entire time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
