I was looking at renting my home out and asked for Starr Partners to manage it as they had managed my previous rental property. James approached me to see if I would consider selling my home as he had buyers looking for property in my area, we discussed the value of the property and agreed on a suitable price which was what I thought the home was worth. At first the home was only offered to those who had been in touch with Starr Partners and then James suggested to advertise it, which I agreed to. The home sold within 10 days after it was advertised and I got the amount we had discussed. This was the second home James had sold for me and I found him to be realistic when it came to the value of the home, he was honest and friendly and he knew the market well. I would be more than happy to recommend him as an agent.
