Having not entertained selling my property until receiving a flyer highlighting an outstanding sale achieved by James . I decided to ask him his opinion on what he thought my house could reach if placed on the market . While I knew the presentation of the home and its location would work in its favour I acknowledged that their were somethings that would limit potential buyers . James’s straight forward manner , maturity , attention to detail and ability to focus his knowledge on realestate and most importantly people allowed me to be confident that he was the best agent to ensure an effective outcome . When a reasonable offer came through within the first week and I made the decision to reject it James offered nothing but support and continued making the whole selling process unusually stress free until the successful offer was made some 5 weeks later . During the 30 day period in which it took for the contracts to finally be exchanged ! James worked tirelessly to ensure that communications were kept open with the purchaser . It’s due to his expertise in dealing with such delicate situations that I now look forward to starting a new chapter in my next home . I can honestly say if you want the best use James .
