James as an agent, I don't think we could be happier with an agent than we are with James. Right from the word go he knew exactly what direction he was going with the sale of our property. He had a clear vision for our property here at The Vintage & nothing was going to stop him from achieving that. This was a surprise & very pleasing as it is a rare commodity in the world today, let alone in a sales / commission driven market. The whole time James excelled at being professional, pleasant, courteous & a pleasure to deal with, which made the sale of our house a positive experience.
