Throughout the sale he went above and beyond my expectations dropping around to give great advice on setting up the house, being available at any time for a call and offering to help in any way he could. His positive and calming approach made the whole process very smooth. With a record price at auction for the area you couldn't have asked for a better result. I thoroughly enjoyed working with James on the sale of our house and would recommend him in a heartbeat.
