Selling my home was daunting and I couldn't handle loads of people in my house and a big sign outside, so I requested an "off market sale". James handled the process with honesty, and integrity. He got me the price I wanted in one day! The first couple viewing it bought it. I am delighted and he made such a stressful experience easy. He is very professional and gave me great advice on what I needed to do prior to sale and gave me some great contacts. Couldn't be happier with the timing as we bought a new place before selling mine. I appreciate his honesty in giving me a realistic expectation for the sale. He is the best agent we have ever come across.
