Good agent

James was easy to work with however communication at times was hit & miss. Changing agencies cost us the house we wanted however his previous principal put the nail in the coffin of that sale. Consistency with communication with buyers is key. Need to include both buyers in all communications. Found James called husband sometimes & then myself other times. Understand it is difficult to get both on the phone at same time but we did discuss conference calls at the beginning of our journey in selling & buying. I am sure as James grows in the industry he will gain more expertise & experience. Thank you James.
