I would like to take this opportunity to thank James Walters for his commitment to providing me with exceptional service and would have no hesitation in recommending James and his team at PRD Nationwide Oatley to anyone considering selling their home. Because of his honesty and excellent work ethic I have sold two homes with great success Maree Meynell

James did a great job helping us sell our family home. He was considerate of our requirements and always went the extra mile to assist. He and his team were great. Thank you guys.

James and his team were fantastic when selling my property. I cannot fault the communication or advice given during that time and was extremely pleased with the result. James' in depth knowledge of the property market in the area provided us with a realistic target and with his experience that target was met.

A trustworthy agent which is exactly what you need when you are buying or selling property.

James Walters displayed a highly professional yet easy going approach in all his dealings with us. His knowledge, attention to detail and his empathy with us as vendors ensured the selling process was not as stressful as it could have been. He kept us updated at all times without us having to chase for it. Most importantly we got the result we wanted.

I cannot speak highly enough of James Walters of PRDnationwide Harvey Oatley. James sold me my investment property in Oatley 20 years ago and then recently sold it for me. I have always found James to be an easy person to deal with, primarily due to his integrity and attention to important details. His leadership skills have a strong influence over his entire team which is demonstrated by their professional attitude to their customers and the way they go about doing their job. I would highly recommend James and his team as my first choice in providing real estate services. His property management staff, which I appreciate is not the easiest of jobs, have always followed up on all issues without fuss and in a timely manner. He and his sales staff have done an excellent job in managing the sale of my property and delivered an excellent result. Well done James and congratulations to you and all your staff. Paul Bendy.

James has been involved in the buying and selling of properties with our family for many years. Most recently he sold our family home of 50 years after talking with us about different options over a period of 2 years. During this time he offered wise advice about the property market, listened to our ideas and dreams and managed the sale of our home when the time was right with skill and tenacity. We were very grateful for his well-honed negotiating skills and his knowledge of the local market. James always gave us a sensible appraisal of our home, based on current market conditions and for this reason we trusted his judgement during the marketing campaign and on the auction day. We were delighted with the result, but most importantly, felt that James had served us well as a respected and experienced realtor. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others and know that he is well-respected within the local community.

Although we were not successful at auction James negotiated a sale for us in a softening market in the following month. We were pleasantly surprised by James’s determination in obtaining a result at a time when we were considering renting our recently purchased property. Wendy and I recommend James and his staff at PRD as real estate agents in the area. David and Wendy Aylmer

From the moment we met with James we knew we had found the right person. James always had time to listen and answer any concerns or questions. He was available at all times and often late Saturday's and early evenings. He immediately returned calls or sought answers. He organized people to the house whenever needed. We felt James was honest and professional at all times, though understanding of our emotions in selling a home after twenty years. Local knowledge was accurate and thorough. I would have no hesitation in recommending James as an agent. We can't thank him enough.

I was very glad to have chosen James to handle the sale of my mother's property. He is an extremely personable and genuine agent with the added benefit of being highly experienced in the Oatley market. I felt that he took a holistic approach to my needs as a vendor and he kept me up to date at all times during the campaign. Kris

James did a great job in helping us sell our home of 52 years. He helped us through an unfamiliar process and was very knowledgeable about the market. He also has a professional team working for him. We would recommend James Walters and the PRD Nationwide Oatley team to anyone considering selling their home.

The process of selling the family home was very new, and also quite sad for us. James Walters and his team at PRD Nationwide at Oatley was there for us every step of the way. James showed us a lot of compassion and assisted with each and every detail. He was helpful in advising us, and kept in constant contact the entire time. All of the advertising was done in a very professional manner and described the home so well. After the sale, we were even provided with a USB stick of photos which was not expected. We cannot thank James and his team enough. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling. Debbie Griggs
